All dates and exhibits are subject to change without notice.
Museum hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Sunday, 1-4:30 p.m. Closed major holidays and closed on Sundays from May through September.
Admission: $6 general, $4 seniors and students (14-21), free for children ages 13 and under.

Paintings beneath the Sea by Jason Mathias

Florida artist, Jason Mathias is known for his exquisite oils, acrylics and watercolors of the underwater world of creatures. Using underwater video shot while diving off the Florida and Cayman Island coasts, Jason garners the inspiration and reference for his marine life paintings. A graduate of the Ringling School of Art and Design, Jason was the premier featured artist at the International Game Fish Association Museum and Hall of Fame within two years of his graduation.

The Maritime Art of James A. Flood - This Delray Beach artist celebrates history's legendary tall ships, yachts & sailing vessels, modern war ships, cruise ships and ocean liners through his magnificent paintings and models.  Jim portrays each vessel in historical context, and his artwork is displayed in galleries and private collections throughout the United States and Europe, as well as on the Cunard ships Queen Elizabeth 2 and Queen Mary 2.
This exhibit is replacing Divers' Treasure which, unfortunately, was cancelled. 

Norman Radin: BIG FISH - Officially entitled, Koi, this 800-pound, nine-foot outdoor sculpture was carved from a single log of black walnut by Tennessee artist, Norman Radin (shown), who is a former Delray Beach resident and a founding artist of the Pineapple Grove Arts District. The sculpture is presented in partnership with the Pineapple Grove Arts District, where it will have a permanent home.

Florida Watercolor Society Juried Exhibition

This stunning showcase of 100 works by award-winning Florida artists is presented as part of the Society's annual conference to be held in Delray Beach in mid September.  The exhibit will include a Salon de Refuses in the Crest Galleries, Sept. 4-30, 2008.

November 25, 2008-February 8, 2009 - STUFF: Vintage Items from the '40s, '50s and '60s
The museum galleries will be transformed into a 1940's living room, a 1950's kitchen, a 1960's teen's room and a vintage attic. From household items, to toys and collectibles, to the art that symbolized the era, this exhibit celebrates the "stuff" that shaped our lives! Enhancing each gallery is a Memory Wall with photos and stories submitted by the community.

This traveling exhibit from the Museum of Florida History in Tallahassee recaptures the joys of toys through the ages.

Florida's Lost Tribes

A journey through time with the works of Theodore Morris. This St. Augustine, Florida artist depicts Florida's lost native cultures in his realistic oil paintings.

Award-winning works celebrating and promoting the preservation of Florida's historic cottages by artists Helen Tilston, Mary Rose Homes and Violetta. These artists were recognized for their contribution to historic preservation in Florida.
